Adoption Application

Due to the extremely high demand our waiting list is now closed.

We are accepting a select few new applications that meet specific critera. Applications that do not meet this criteria will be deleted.

** Only fill out this application if you meet one or more of these criteria: **

You are looking for a puppy for a competition dog (agility, obedience, rally, etc).

You are an established breeder looking for a breeding dog.

You are willing and able to become a guardian home for one of our breeding dogs.

You live in Nanaimo, BC.

If you are interested in adopting a miniature poodle from us, please read the Poodle FAQ document first to answer any questions you might have. If you have a question that is not answered in the FAQ there is a place to ask at the bottom of the application form.
